The recent issuance of the Local Government Unit is an Executive Order adjusting the Curfew Hours from 12:00 MN to 4:00 AM and allowing the Food Establishment Operations up to 11:00 o’clock in the evening while in the observance of Low Risk MGCQ due to COVID-19.
The EO likewise highlighted a few salient features governing the operation of food establishments within the territorial jurisdiction of the Municipality of General Luna as embodied under DTI Memorandum Circular No. 20-39 and among those is allowing the same to serve alcoholic drinks to costumers at a maximum of two(2) servings each. Adjustment on the dine-in capacity will be settled as soon as the conflicting directives on the matter of the DOT & DTI will be resolved.
Effective upon the issuance of the EO, acoustic play/music for entertainment purposes is allowed with striker condition that disco party and the like is strictly prohibited otherwise stiffer penalties will be imposed to violators.
However, in the event of any localized lockdown declaration or contact tracing effort conducted by the authorities, provisions of Executive Order No. 04, Series of 2020 shall be applied automatically.
