Espere secured the Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) bantamweight title by delivering a commanding second-round technical knockout (TKO) against opponent Ian Donaire. The thrilling bout unfolded as part of the “Prime Fight 3” fight card at the esteemed SM Seaside City Cebu Skyhall on Friday, December 29, 2023.
With his dedicated team, which includes sparring partner Benjo Neri, Trainer Riel Lodovice, and promoter Joay Lopez, Espere showcased his prowess and determination in the ring. The relentless training sessions at Alpha Boxing Gym undoubtedly played a crucial role in his success.
