Camp Col Rafael C. Rodriguez, Butuan City – Regional Community Affairs Development Division (RCADD) of Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 ranked number 1 in Unit Performance Evaluation Rating or UPER along with seven out of 17 PROs nationwide for the month of May 2022.
Based on the record from the Directorate for Police Community Relations (DPCR) in Camp Crame, Quezon City, RCADD13 has a rating of 100%, together with PRO1, PRO2, PRO3, PRO4B, PRO5, PRO COR, and NCRPO.
UPER is the total points given by the DPCR with the criterion for evaluating their performance in the Community Affairs Division, Public Information Division, Plans and Program Division, Family, Juvenile and Gender and Development Division, Information Operation Research Center, and Salaam Police Center.
“As a leading division of PNP Caraga in dealing with community relations and partnership, I commend RCADD13 for this achievement. Let us remember that the result of the evaluation rating is not solely credited to the efforts of our Police Officers but also of stakeholders and community members who continuously worked with the PNP to attain a more peaceful community,” PRO13 Director POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL ROMEO M CARAMAT JR said.
