Surigao: More than 200 Capalayanons received reading glasses in an optical mission


More than 200 residents of Barangay Capalayan, Surigao City received free reading glasses last Thursday morning (June 16) in the Optical Mission and Food Giving Project. The mission is in partnership with Marcos Tello Jr. Farm, Rotary Club of Pasay Maharlika headed by Past Assistant Governor Fatima Emma Tello and the Rotary Club of Surigao City headed by President Antonio Supera Jr..

There were 300 pieces of reading glasses and 200 plus individuals received it last Thursday morning (June 16) with the assistance of Rotarian Dr. Jaimenito C. Go and the officers and members of the Rotary Club of Surigao City.
