Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Butuan City – Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 joins the 30th National Children’s Month Celebration last Friday, November 4, held in Robinsons Place Butuan.
POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL PABLO G LABRA II, in his first public engagement as PRO13’s Director, participated in the event hosted by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga with the theme “Kalusugan, Kaisipan at Kapakanan ng Bawat Bata Ating Tutukan!”.
The inter-agency celebration was also participated by Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Caraga, Department of Justice (DOJ) Caraga, Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Caraga, Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Caraga, and Children Advocates Network (CAN) Caraga.
In his message of support, RD LABRA II emphasize the value of children in our society and vows their protection from all kinds of violence and abuse as well as vowing support to any program that ensure their safety and provides the protection of their rights.
“We at PNP Caraga will work hard to guarantee the safety of all youths. Our continuous collaboration with parents, teachers, churches, private and government agencies and all people will help us achieve this. I also urge anyone to unite and work together so that we can ensure a peaceful, safe, and orderly community for the development of our youths,” RD LABRA II said.
