Surigao: Municipality of Alegria have been registered under PhilSys for national ID

The PSA Surigao del Norte is elated to announce that all the residents of the Municipality of Alegria have been registered under PhilSys for national ID. Before that, we also have registered all the residents of the Municipality of Tagana-an!
