Search and Rescue operation of the 7 missing crews of LCT Cebu Great Ocean, last Tuesday April 27, 2021, the relatives and brother of the missing crew Apprentice Ranezo Macapaz recovered 1 life jacket floating at the open sea between Southern Leyte’s Panaon Island and Surigao del Norte. The relatives hired private pumpboat for their own way of finding the missing crew.
