Stabbing incident transpired at Purok 5, Brgy. Lamisahan, Zamboanga City at about 7:00 PM of November 5, 2020, wherein victim identified as Carlito Saavedra Ramillano, 63 years old, male, married, was stabbed and wounded by own son identified as Eric Delante Ramillano, 48 years old, male, single, both residents of Purok 5, Brgy. Lamisahan, Zamboanga City.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim and the suspect had a heated argument, the suspect grabbed the victim and stabbed him using a gaff (locally known as nabaha) and fled the scene after the incident. The victim sustained injuries on upper and lower left portion of his chest and immediately brought to Mindanao Central Sanitarium for medical treatment.
PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 3 are now conducting hot pursuit operation for the arrest of the fleeing suspect. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
