Be informed that at about 11:10PM of Sept 3, 2020, PCpl. Jemar N. Lagunda received a phone call from Vice Mayor Generico Jauculan and reported that alleged stabbing incident transpired at about 7:45 PM of same date at Brgy. Tubod, Tampilisan Zamboanga del Norte.
Acted on the report, PNP personnel of Tampilisan Municipal Police Station (MPS) composed of PEMS Jordan B. Dacules, MESPO, PMSg. Frederick T. Patricio, PSSg. Nile D. Camal, PCpl. Jemar N. Lagunda and PCpl. Celbert T. Berjame, proceeded to the reported area to verify the veracity of the report and conduct investigation. Upon arrival there, the wounded victim was already lying at Purok Waiting Shed.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was identified as Marly Tautoan Pamat, 37 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok 2, Brgy. Tubod, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte while the suspect was identified as Charlie Arcite, 35 years old, single farmer and also a resident of Brgy. Tubod, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte.
Further investigation revealed that the victim and the suspect, together with Renato Kabilando Barneg, 29 years old, farmer, a resident of Brgy. Tininggaan, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte were having their drinking session at the store of Argelyn Teves Maglangit. The victim and the suspect had a heated argument. The victim (Marly) slapped the suspect (Charlie) to his face that resulted the suspect to get mad then draw a knife and stabbed the said suspect hitting on her stomach.
The victim was brought to Liloy District Hospital for immediate medical treatment by LDMRRMC Tampilisan.
