Shooting Incident transpired at Purok Adelfa, Brgy. San Jose, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur 5:15 PM of December 29, 2020. The victim was identified as Salih Duran Maguindra, 44 years old, male, tricycle driver, and a resident of Brgy. Bulanit, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur, who was shot to death by an unidentified suspect.
Investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim was driving his passenger motorcycle (Tri- Wheeler Bao- Bao) with Cab No. 3059, upon reaching the place of incident, two unidentified motorcycle-riding suspects onboard single MC Honda XRM color black with white combination suddenly shot the victim several times hitting on the different parts of his body that resulted to his instantaneous death.
The suspect immediately fled after the incident.
PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station now conducted a follow-up investigation to determine the motive and possible arrest of the suspect.
