Camp Col. Rafael C. Rodriguez, Butuan City – Butuan City Drug Enforcement Units along with the Regional Intelligence Division and Philippine Drug Enforcement Unit intensified anti-drug campaign nets a total of 16 grams worth ₱ 133,800 of shabu, cash money worth ₱ 5,800 and drug paraphernalia from two arrested drug personalities here last August 30, 2021.
Arrested during the buy-bust operation in Purok 3, Barangay Maon is Joel Sisi Bilbao, 36, and a resident of Barangay San Vicente, Butuan City and In Purok 1, Barangay Port Poyohon, Butuan City is Roan Yul Olaivar Tiempo, 22, truck driver and resident of Purok 11, Barangay Los Angeles, Butuan City.
PNP Caraga Director PBGEN ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR. revealed that Bilbao is listed as Regional Priority High Value Individual.
“The relentless operation against the drug pushers and users is intended to significantly reduce the drug menace in our community, thereby protecting the future of our young ones,” he said.
Data from the Regional Operations Division (ROD) 13 reveals that as of August 2021 a total of 26 operations conducted, 30 drug personalities were arrested (1 user and 29 pushers) with the confiscation of 138.017 grams of shabu and 15 grams of marijuana with Dangerous Drugs Board value of ₱ 941, 215.60.
