Gov. Lalo Matugas issued Seventh Supplement to EO No. 20-054, s. 2020 to effectively and efficiently manage the arriving passengers at Siargao Airport and Surigao Airport so as to prevent unnecessary delay in exiting from the aforementioned airports.
