Be informed that at around 1:30 PM of January 5, 2020, PNP personnel of Sergio Osmena Municipal Police Station (MPS) went to Mahayag Municipal Police Station (MPS), Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur to serve the Warrant of Arrest of JOEL PACATANG y SUMANDURAN, 31 years old (Date of birth: January 6, 1990), single, farmer by occupation and resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Tulan, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur for the Crime of Arson with Criminal Case No. 18962 (For his failure to appear during trial despite notice) issued on October 10, 2014 by Hon. Cherry Joy C Concha-Ageas, Presiding Judge of RTC9, Branch 10, Dipolog City with no bail recommended.
Subject person is still detained at Mahayag MPS for proper disposition.
