Be informed that at about 1:00 PM of January 05, 2021, Warrant and Intelligence personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by PEMS Rey B. Marcojos – Warrant PNCO, served a warrant of arrest against alias MATHIAS NEIL SANGUAL LUSNONG, Filipino, married, male, 34 years old, high school level, construction worker, and a resident of Martinez Village, Lower Turno, Dipolog City for “Violation of Sec. 5(a) of R.A. 9262)” docketed under Criminal Case No. 24048, issued by HON. JOSE RENE GALLEMIT DONDOYANO, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, dated December 28, 2020, with bail bond recommended amounting to Three Thousand Pesos (₱ 3,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
Accused was arrested at his residence, through intel driven operation and now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
