Be informed that at about 12:20PM of September 01, 2020, personnel of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSMS Henrick Ferolino conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Dumalogdog, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested Sgt. Ruldan Mandate Siraspe, 31 years old, active member of the Philippine Marines Corps, assigned at Marine Battalion Landing Team 5 (MBLT 5), and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of Sec 5(i) of RA 9262 docketed in CC no. 40405, issued by Judge Jose Bayani Usman of RTC, 4th Judicial Region, Branch 50, Puerto Prinsesa City dated July 5, 2020 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 80,000.00.
Arrested wanted person is now in custody of Sindangan MPS prior turn-over to Puerto Prinsesa City Police Station.
