Be informed that at about 6:45 PM Of November 4, 2020, Hon. Mahari Abdullah, 42 years old, married, Brgy. Chairman of Brgy. Libucon, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte personally appeared to Sirawai Municipal Police Station (MPS) and reported that shooting incident transpired at Brgy. Dona Cecilla, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte on or about 6:25 PM of same date wherein the victim identified as Khadafy Abu Hadjal, married, Farmer, presently residing at Brgy. Dona Cecilla, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte was shot to death by unidentified assailant.
Initial investigation disclosed that while the victim was standing outside his residence, suspect suddenly appeared and shot the victim hitting his head specifically right side below his ears causing to his instantaneous death. After the said incident, the suspect allegedly fled to unknown direction.
The cadaver was turned-over to his immediate family. Immediately, Quick Reaction Team of Sirawai MPS led by PCMS. Rymerjun Aries Pernito together with personnel from 905th RMFB9 in coordination with 42nd Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army, proceeded to the area of incident and conducted Hot Pursuit Operation.
Duty Investigator conducted thorough investigation for the identity and possible arrest of the suspect. PNP Team from Sirawai MPS together with 905 RMFB in coordination with 42nd Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army continuously conducting hot pursuit operation.
