DALION served the Warrant of Arrest to one Condrada Talay Madali, 62 years old, female, married, Filipino, Farmer and a resident of Brgy. Canibongan, Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte for Violation of PD 705 docketed under Criminal Case No. 12711 duly signed by Honorable Ric S. Bastasa, Presiding Judge, RTC9 Branch 8, Dipolog City dated July 2, 2018.
Subject wanted person will SERVE HER SENTENCE – Imprisonment of 2 years, 4 months and 1 day of Prision Correccional, as minimum, to 18 years, 8 months and 1 day of Reclusion Temporal, as maximum per Decision of the Court of Appeals dated January 23, 2015.
