Be informed that at about 2:15 PM of October 25, 2020, CDET of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) led by PSSg. Dexter Labisig conducted buy bust operation on illegal drugs at Purok Talisay, Brgy. Guimputlan, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of one Jemar Marcial Sumalpong (watch listed), 28 years old, male, single, DOB: September 26, 1992, elementary level and a resident of said place.
Confiscated during the operation were one (1) small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu (buy-bust evidence); one (1) small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu (possession); One (1) pc. ₱ 500.00 bill with Serial No. BW259190 used as marked money; one (1) empty Marlboro pack used as container and one (1) pc.
