Be informed that on or about 12:00 NN of October 25, 2020 PNP personnel of Siayan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PLT. RICKY O. ACAS conducted Barangay visitation re “Oplan Katok” and campaign against loose firearms to the populace and possible firearms holder of Brgy. Gonayen, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte. As a result, at about 2:00 PM of same date, Hon. Ritchel B. Pacomio, 38 years old, female, married, Barangay Councilor of Brgy. Gonayen, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte, voluntary turn-over one (1) unit homemade improvised shotgun (pogakhang) which was surrendered by her constituent after intensifying campaign against loose firearms to the above-mentioned place.
Said firearms was received by PEMS Arvin O Albos – TL and now temporarily deposited to Supply Room for proper disposition.(PLtCol. Charisse B. Yabo, Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit Chief)
