Police personnel of Polanco Municipal Police Station led by PMAJ. Nestor M. Gania Jr. together with Zamboanga Del Norte-CIDG personnel conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Isis, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:00 PM of December 8, 2020.
The operation resulted to the arrest of Veneser Galleposo Eca, 30 years old, male, single, carpenter, elementary level and a resident of aforementioned place.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape (2 counts) docketed under Criminal Case No. 24366 and Criminal Case No. 24367 issued by Hon. Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Acting Presiding Judge RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte dated November 27, 2020 with no bail bond recommended.
He is now under the temporary custody of Polanco MPS for commitment to court.
