Police personnel from Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Siayan Municipal Police Station conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Dagao, Poblacion Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte at about 2:35 PM of December 8, 2020. THIS resulted to the arrest of Daniel Fuego Maglangit, 18 years old, male, Single, unemployed and a resident of Brgy Piao, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Carnapping docketed under Criminal Case No. L003737 issued by Hon. Anthony D. Isaw Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 14, 2020 with bail bond of ₱ 80,000.00.
He is now under the temporary custody of Sindangan MPS for commitment to court.
