Police personnel of Molave Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with Baliangao Municipal Police Station (MPS), Misamis Occidental conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 1, Brgy. Sudlon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:25 AM of December 20, 2020.
The operation resulted to the arrest of Judel Nagario Duhaylungsod, (Top 2 Most Wanted Person – municipal level of Baliangao, Misamis Occidental) 20 years old, with live-partner, painter by occupation, and a resident of Brgy. De Luzom, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Arrest Warrant for the Crime Of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case No. 1833 dated august 6, 2020 issued by Hon. Michael L. Ajoc, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 36, Calamba, Misamis Occidental with no bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of Molave MPS custodial facility and to be turned over to personnel of Baliangao MPS for commitment to court.
