Police personnel of Katipunan Municipal Police Station conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. San Antonio, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:50 PM of December 20, 2020.
Arrested was Moissille Eguia Cadavedo, 38 years old, male, single, elementary level, and a resident of Taga, Brgy. Daanglungsod, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Robbery docketed under Criminal Case No. 075-02(k) issued by Judge Fidela C. Gandola, 5th MCTC Katipunan-Sergio Osmeña Sr., 9th Judicial Region, Katipunan dated September 16, 2002 with bail bond of ₱ 40,000.00.
He is now under the custody of Katipunan MPS for commitment to court.
