Police personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 arrested a 32-year old woman after she was caught in possession of suspected shabu wrapped in a white paper and two (2) pieces rolled foil place on the plastic red container full of cooked rice while visiting one of the detainees of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 at 1:50 PM of December 20, 2020.
Arrested was Liza Halkain y Abbas, 32 years old, female, married, born on December 29, 1988, High School level, unemployed of Brgy. Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City.
Confiscated from her possession were One (1) sachet of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 3,000 weighing 0.44 grams wrapped in a white paper and two (2) pieces rolled foil place on the plastic red container full of cooked rice.
Investigation disclosed that while personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 PSSg. Claren C. Kalayakan while conducting inspection on the visitors, who are bringing food to their relatives/detainees, intercepted said suspect and able to confiscate said contraband.
Suspected drugs will be turned over to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory for Laboratory examination while is presently under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
