Police personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Sunrise Village, Brgy. Guiwan, Zamboanga City at about 11:20 AM of November 5, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Ramon Villarta Pilanga, 59 years old, male, separated, and a resident of Sunrise Village, Brgy. Guiwan, Zamboanga City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 8353, docketed under Criminal Case No. 45549, signed by Presiding Judge Hon. Peter V. Eisma, 9th Judicial Region, RTC Branch 15, Zamboanga City dated September 15, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
