Operatives of Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Upper Cabatangan, Zamboanga City at 2:35 PM of November 5, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Roy Vincent Lipotpot Dumade, 21 years old, male, single, and a resident of Brgy. Kipit, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the Crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No. i-6667 with no recommended bail bond; and frustrated murder docketed under Criminal Case No. I-6668 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 200, 000.00, all issued by Hon. Vicente S. Dela Plaza II, Presiding Judge Of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region Branch 36, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, dated August 8, 2017.
He is now under the temporary custody of said police office for proper disposition.
