Police personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 9 (ZCPS9) conducted Law enforcement Operation against wanted person at Zone-7, Brgy. Ayala, Zamboanga City at 4:30 PM of January 3, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Sarah Bustillo Aniñon, 57 years old, female, married and a resident of Zone-7, Brgy. Ayala, Zamboanga City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for two counts of R.A. 7832 (Anti-Electricity and Electric Transmission Lines/Materials Pilferage), docketed under Criminal Case No. 46579-46580, issued and signed by Presiding Judge Hon. Gregorio V. Dela Peña, Branch 12, RTC9, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 72,000.00.
Arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of ZCPS9 for proper disposition.
