Police personnel of Sominot Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by Police Lieutenant Juanito D. Aballe Jr., OIC, conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 4, Brgy. Rizal, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur at 11:00 AM of January 3, 2021.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Judieto Gabato Manzo, 45 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 4, Brgy. Rizal, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec. 1 (b) of PD 1602, docketed under Criminal Case No. s-3365, issued by Hon. Carol M. Morales, Presiding Judge Of 10th Municipal Circuit Trial Court Ramon Magsaysay-Midsalip-Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur, dated December 15, 2020 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 30,000.00.
He is now under the temporary custody of Sominot MPS for proper disposition.
