12 CTG Members Surrendered in Molave

Twelve (12) Non-PSR Listed Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) personalities under Barangay Revolutionary Committee based in Sitio Baluran Gutlang Molave Zamboanga del Sur voluntarily surrendered to Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office – Intel Branch, Regional Intelligence Unit 9-Intelligence Group, Molave Municipal Police Station, Regional Intelligence Division 9, 902nd Maneuver Company, 1st Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, and Municipal Task Force ELCAC of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur at Barangay Bag-ong Gutlang, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:00 a.m. of May 27, 2021. They subsequently signed an Oath of Allegiance in the presence of Molave municipal mayor Hon. Cyrel Reo A. Glepa M.D. – Solemnizing Officer and witnessed by PCOL. Roel L. Lami-Ing, Acting Provincial Director, Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office. They were organized masses under Barangay Revolutionary Committee of Western Mindanao Regional Party Committee, a Shadow government organized by Guerilla Front JOJI WMRPC and recently organized by Dionecio Onjie Abiar in Alliance of Farmers Union in Zamboanga del Sur under Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas of CAMOs, RUC, WMRPC. Surrendered CTG members were released and are now under the custody of Barangay Chairman Alfunzo Belvestre for further community reintegration.

Man Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Tukuran

PNP personnel of Tukuran Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted ant-illegal drugs operation in front of Tukuran Central School, Barangay San Carlos, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur at about 1:20 a.m. of May 28, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Phil Francis Varona Luzurata, 32 years old, male, single, jobless and a resident of Purok Katigbak, Barangay Alindahaw, Tukuran Zamboanga del Sur. Confiscated from his possession were one (1) sachet of suspected Shabu (buy-bust) and two (2) sachets of suspected Shabu (possession) with an estimated weight of 0.06 grams and with market value of ₱ 4,08.00 and one (1) piece Five hundred Peso bill (₱ 500) as marked money. He was brought to Tukuran MPS for proper disposition and documentation for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Men Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Arena Blanco

Station Drug Enforcement Team of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 together with 904th Maneuver Company conducted drug buy-bust operation at Bench Drive, Barangay Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City at about 7:00 p.m. of May 27, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of  Jamal Hamid y Harun, 28 years old, single, elementary level and  Rolhamin Waras y Suhaili, 38 years old, married, high school level, both unemployed and residents of Bench Drive, Barangay Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City. Confiscated during the operation were five (5) sachets of suspected Shabu with estimated value of ₱ 2,000.00 weighing 0.29 grams and two (2) bills of ₱ 100.00 registered marked money. Confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination while subjects are presently under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Carnapping Suspect Arrested in Kabasalan

Joint PNP personnel of Zamboanga Sibugay Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, Zamboanga Sibugay Highway Patrol Unit and Kabasalan Municipal Police Station conducted law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Barangay Buayan, Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 6:00 p.m. of May 27, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Maricon Sulana Rico, 33 years old, married and a resident of Bagong Lipunan, Barangay Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Carnapping docked under Criminal Case No. R-QZN-17-10646-CR, issued by Hon. Auroara Hernandez-Calledo, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, National Capital Region, Branch 87, Quezon City, dated March 27, 2018 with recommended bail amounting to ₱ 180,000.00. Arrested person is now under the custody of Zamboanga Sibugay Criminal Investigation and Detection Group for documentation and proper disposition.

Man Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Dapitan City

City Drug Enforcement Team of Dapitan City Police Station conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Barangay Sta Cruz, Dapitan City at 11:40 a.m. of May 27, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Ace Renacia Recamara, 26 years old, male, single, traffic aid and a resident of Lawaan, Barangay Banonong, Dapitan City. Confiscated during the operation were six (6) small transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu (possession); one (1) small transparent plastic sachet of suspected Shabu (buy-bust evidence) with estimated street value of ₱. 3,000.00 and with estimated weight of 0.52 grams; one (1) piece of ₱ 500.00 bill as marked money, two (2) pieces of small white paper used as wrapper of the suspected Shabu; one (1) piece orange disposable lighter; one (1) piece black wallet; one (1) piece green license case, one (1) piece Postal Identification Card.

Rape Suspect Arrested in Sergio Osmeña

PNP personnel of Sergio Osmeña Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with personnel from 901st Maneuver Company, Dipolog City Police Station, 1st Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted joint intel driven operation at Purok 3, Barangay Labiray, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte at about 4:00 p.m. of May 27, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Fernan Balase Ingad, 41 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Barangay Galas, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte for the Crime of 2 counts of Rape with Criminal Case Nos. 24484 and 24489 and 4 counts of Rape with Criminal Case Nos.  24485,24486,24487 and 24488 issued on January 8, 2021 by Hon. Jose Rene Gallimet Dondoyano, Acting Presiding Judge RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte with no bail bond recommended. He is now temporarily detained at Sergio Osmeña MPS for proper disposition.
