Accomplishment Report on Arrest of Wanted Person
That at about 11:50 AM of March 7, 2021, Intel operatives of Tampilisan Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with two (2) intelligence operatives from 2nd PMFC based at COMPAC Camul, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte conducted joint intelligence driven operation at Purok 1, Brgy. Lawaan, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Joel Tical Lumasay, 44 years old, single, farmer and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of PD 1602 docketed under Criminal Case No. 3184, issued and signed by Kathia C. Adasa-Santiago, Presiding Judge, 7th MCTC Liloy-Tampilisan, 9th Judicial Region, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, dated January 20, 2021 with bail recommended fixed at ₱ 6,000.00.That after effect of the arrest, the accused is properly inform by the nature of his offense and his rights vested in the constitution as well as his rights against Anti-Torture Law in a dialect he fully understood. That said accused was brought to Liloy District Hospital for medical examination and now under the custody of Tampilisan MPS for proper documentation.

That at about 10:15 AM of March 7, 2021, Tracker team of Baliguian Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with Ipil Municipal Police Station (MPS), ZSPPPO, conducted Intel driven law enforcement operation at Purok Climaco, Brgy. Upper Pangi, Ipil Zamboanga Sibugay that resulted to the arrest of Rolando Ogao Ogao Yabo, 59 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of Brgy. Kilalaban, Baliguian, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of Section 78 of PD 705 of R.A. 7161 and Violation of Section 7 of R.A. 9175 docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 2020-06-15(1989) and 2020-06-16(1990), issued and signed by Anthony D. Isaw, Acting Presiding Judge of Branch 27, RTC Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte dated June 26, 2020 with Bail recommended for his temporary liberty is fixed at ₱ 40,000.00 and ₱ 48,000.00 respectively. Accused is now temporarily under the custody of Ipil MPS for proper disposition prior transported to Baliguian MPS.

That at about 12:00 NN of March 7, 2021, operatives of Kalawit Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted intelligence driven operation at Brgy. Botong, Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the successful arrest of Rodolfo Onong Adelis a.k.a. “Rody”, 49 yo, male, married, farmer and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Grave Oral Defamation docketed under Criminal Case No. 3973-K, issued by Jerry B. Patcho, Presiding Judge of 6th MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Labason-Gutalac-Kalawit, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte , dated February 23, 2021, with bail bond recommended fixed at ₱ 6,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Said arrested person was brought to Kalawit Rural Health Unit for medical examination and is now under the custody of Kalawit MPS for proper disposition.

That at about 1:10 PM of March 7, 2021, PNP personnel and intelligence operatives of Siayan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PLT. VICENTE H. SALAVERIA III – OIC conducted intelligence driven law enforcement operation at Sitio 4, Brgy. Paranglumba, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte, which resulted to the arrest of one Richard Bagot Sigiding, 31 years old, male, single, farmer and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charge for the crime of Frustrated Homicide, docketed under Criminal Case No. S-6088, issued by Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, dated July 14, 2020, with bail recommended amounting to ₱ 72,000.00 for his temporary liberty. The arrested wanted person was apprised of his constitutional rights and later brought to Sindangan District Hospital for Physical and Medical examination and now temporarily under the custody of Siayan MPS detained at detainees quarantine area for proper disposition.
Accomplishment Report on Campaign against Illegal Gambling (Illegal Cockfighting)
| That on or about 2:00 PM of March 7, 2021, Intel personnel of Polanco Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted Intel driven operation on Anti-illegal gambling at Purok Bayabas, Brgy. Silawe, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, that resulted to the arrest of George Constantino Gonzaga, 20 years old, single, laborer and resident of Brgy. Lokilos, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte while five (5) others are at large namely: Japhet Gorgolon, Fredo Pulmaran, Alyas Borhoy Pacuri, all are residents at Brgy. Silawe, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, Jonathan Esturco and Alyas Wawee Bantilan both are residents of Brgy. Olingan, Dipolog City, who caught in flagrante engaging in illegal cockfighting activities known as Tari- tari. Recovered evidence were: two (2) dead fighting cocks and one (1) gaff. Arrested suspects are now under the custody Polanco MPS for proper documentation and proper disposition. |
 Report on Escape of Detainee
That at about 4:30 PM of March 7, 2021, Andres Villarin Corpuz, 34 yrs old, married, Jail Guard of Zamboanga del Norte Correctional and Rehabilitation Center (Zamboanga del Norte CRC) located at Brgy. Don Jose Aguirre, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte came to Manukan Municipal Police Station (MPS) and reported that one of their detainee Ronnie V. Montesa, 33 yrs. old, single and a resident of San Pedro, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte. Currently detained at said Provincial Jail Facility for Violation of Sec. 10(a) of RA 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. 21245, escaped by climbing the concrete fence at the back of the Jail Facility and fled towards unknown direction. Initial investigation conducted by Manukan MPS revealed that said detainee pleaded to the duty jail guard to go outside his cell to pay for his debt at a store situated inside the jail facility. However, after a few hours said detainee failed to return to his cell. Said incident was discovered by duty jail guards at about 3:30 PM of same date. Personnel of Zamboanga del Norte CRC, together with personnel of Manukan MPS now conducting hot pursuit operation for re arrest of the detainee
Accomplishment Report on Arrest of Suspect on Grave Threats thru Police Response
That at around 7:55 PM of March 7, 2021, one Isis Jehan Marañas Tical, 22 years old, female, single and a resident of Brgy. Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte appeared at Salug MPS and reported that a commotion, disorder and grave threats transpired at around 7:50 PM of same date particularly at Purok 3, Brgy. Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte. Immediately, PNP alert team of the said station proceeded to the place of incident to verify the veracity of the said report. Upon reaching at the place of incident, a certain Allan Aquino Marañas who was under the influenced of liquor acted violently, aggressively, viciously against his family and relative thereat and threatened his nephew Neiljude Tical by uttering words in visayan dialect “DILI KO MANAGAT KARONG GABHIONA KAY PATYON TIKA” and thereafter he boxed his elder sister Marilou Tical hitting at her right shoulder which resulted to fall down on the ground and unconscious. The responding PNP immediately arrested the suspect (Allan Marañas) and was brought to the station for proper disposition and filing of appropriate charges. Arrested suspect was brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical examination.
Report on Stabbing Incident
WHEN: 9:10 PM, March 7, 2021.
WHERE: Purok 6, Brgy. San Jose, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga del Norte (11 kilometers distance from police station)
WHO: ANTONIO BUBOLATO MALINAO, 56 years, male, married, Farmer a resident of Purok 4, Brgy. San Jose, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga del Norte
HOW: On the said time and date one Antonio Bubolato Malinao, 56 years, male, married, farmer a resident of Purok 4, Brgy. San Jose, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga del Norte was allegedly stabbed by Ram Malinao, 30 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok 6, Brgy. San Jose, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga del Norte by the used of sharp bolo hitting at the belly portion of the body of the victim causing his instantaneous death.
ACTION TAKEN: PNP personnel of Sergio Osmena MPS responded to the place of incident and conducted of investigation. Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect blockaded the way at the barangay road located at Purok 6, Brgy. San Jose in-front of the house of Joven Abrasaldo when the victim passed by of the said place the suspect armed with bolo without any justifiable reason stabbed the victim hitting on the belly portion of his body. When the son of the victim (Cesar Kadaling Malinao, 30 years old, single , farmer, and resident of Purok 4, Brgy San Jose, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga del Norte) after seeing that his father was stabbed by the suspect he also hacked the suspect hitting on the different parts of his body and the suspect able to run away and manage to escape. The weapon used during the commission of the offense was recovered by the responding PNP were Scythe and the bolo used by the suspects.
DISPOSITION: The suspect was rushed to ZaNorte Medical Center for immediate medication. The motive of the incident was a personal grudge.
Accomplishment Report on Campaign against Illegal Fishing
WHEN: 12:30 AM of March 8, 2021
WHERE: Seawater of Brgy. Tigbao, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte
WHO: EDELBERT ASACAL CEROJALES, 39 years old, male, married, fisherman and a resident of Brgy. Calatunan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte
HOW: On the said DTP, personnel of Sindangan MPS together with LGU Sindangan Bantay dagat led by Martino B. Magallanes, conducted joint coastal/seaborne patrol operation at the municipal seawater of Sindangan particularly at the seawater of Brgy. Tigbao that resulted to the apprehension of Edelbert Asacal Cerojales who caught in the act engaged in illegal fishing activity using fine meshed net a Violation of Municipal Ordinance 2003-045 Sec. 047.Confiscated fishing paraphernalia is amounting to ₱ 25,000.00
DISPOSITION: Said apprehended person is now under the custody of LGU Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte and be penalized by Municipal Ordinance then he will be released.
