Top 10 Most Wanted Person of Siay, Arrested in Dapitan
Joint PNP personnel of Siay Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with 2nd Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company and Dapitan City Police Station conducted law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Dapitan Port, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at 5:10 PM of July 22, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Sherwin Fernandez Guntang, male, 34 years old, married and a resident of Sitio Coloy, Coloran, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay. The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of R.A. 9262, docketed under criminal case no. I-6474, dated March 1, 2017, issued by Hon. Vicente S. De La Plaza II, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 36, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, with recommended bail of ₱ 24, 000.00. He now under the custody of Siay MPS for proper disposition.
Construction Worker Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Buug
Joint PNP personnel of Buug Municipal Police Station (MPS) (lead unit) together with 1st Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok 3, Barangay Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 5:00 PM of July 22, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Arnulfo Amad Sedoon, male, 27 years old, high school graduate, married, construction worker, and a resident of Purok 3, Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. Recovered and confiscated from his possession were: two (2) small heat-sealed sachets of suspected Shabu (possession) and one (1) small heat-sealed sachet of suspected Shabu (buy-bust item) all with estimated weight of 0.300 grams and a standard drug price of ₱ 2,040.00; two (2) ₱ 100.00 peso bill (buy-bust money); two (2) ₱ 100.00 peso bill, one (1) unit black Nokia cellphone and one (1) brown purse. Arrested person and confiscated items were brought to Buug MPS for proper disposition.
Man Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Arena Blanco
PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Atticlan, Barangay Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City at 5:28 PM of July 22, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Umbra Mardi y Mardisa a.k.a. “Umra”, 23 years old, male, separated, jobless, elementary level, and a resident of Atticlan, Barangay Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City and Insang Hamja y Juwak, 44 years old, male, married, jobless, elementary level, and a resident of Barangay Mampang, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were six (6) sachets of suspected Shabu with a standard drug price of ₱ 2,720.00 pesos weighing 0.4 grams and two (2) bills of ₱ 100.00 as marked money. They are now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered sachets of suspected Shabu will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
