Arrest of Wanted Person
Be informed that at about 8:15 AM of August 3, 2021, PNP elements of Labason Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSSG. Garry V. Burdago, Intel PNCO together PSSG. Robert Tagailo, Warrant Server, PCPL. Renato Digamon, Intel Operative and PCPL. Junrey Cabading, Intel Operative and Intel operative of 901st RMFB9 conducted joint intel driven operation against wanted person in Barangay Bobongan, Labason, ZN that resulted to the arrest of Mark C Maghanoy, 23 y/o, single, farmer and a resident of Barangay Bobongan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte. Subject person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Reckless Imprudence Resulted to Homicide docketed under criminal case no. 3995 issued by Hon. Jerry B. Patcho, Presiding Judge of MCTC Labason- Gutalac-Kalawit of 9th Judicial Region, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 2, 2021 with bail bond recommended amounting to Thirty Thousand Pesos (₱ 36,000.00) for his temporary liberty. The arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Labason MPS for proper disposition.

Be informed that at about 2:35 PM of August 3, 2021, PNP elements of Labason Municipal Police Station (MPS)led by PSSG. Garry V. Burdago, Intel PNCO together with PSSG. Robert Tagailo, Warrant Server and PNP elements of 901st RMFB9 conducted joint intel driven operation against wanted person in Barangay San Isidro, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Albert Dinopol Maghanoy, 47 y/o, male, married, farmer, 4Ps Beneficiary and a resident of Barangay Lapatan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte. Subject person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Reckless Imprudence Resulted to Homicide docketed under criminal case no 3995 issued by Hon. Jerry B. Patcho, Presiding Judge of MCTC Labason- Gutalac-Kalawit of 9th Judicial Region, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 2, 2021 with bail bond recommended amounting to Thirty Thousand Pesos (₱ 36,000.00) for his temporary liberty. The arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Labason MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Person for Physical Injury in Rel to RA 9262
Be informed that at about 4:30 in the afternoon of August 3, 2021, Norsida Tarajan Hawhaw, 42 years old, with live-in partner, housewife and a resident of Siparok, Jose Dalman Zamboanga Del Norte appeared at Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) to file a complaint against her live-in partner Reynaldo Aladad Hawhaw 53 years old, and a resident of Siparok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte who was allegedly under the influence of intoxicating liquor and mauled her by pushing her face into their cement floor and torn her worn t-shirt at their house on August 3, 2021 at around 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon. She added that while she was doing house chores, her live-in partner arrived home drunk and suddenly pulled her and put his body on top of the stomach of the victim and tried to get a piece of wood to hit the victim but the victim manage to protect herself. The suspect stood up to take his bolo so the victim had a chance to escape through the other door without wearing her upper garment because it was torn by her live-in partner. The complainant further stated that it was habitually done by the suspect every time he was drunk causing them to hide and sleep at the house of their neighbour. Acted upon the report, responding team of said police station proceeded to the reported place that resulted to the arrest of the said suspect. The arrested suspect was brought to RHU-Jose Dalman for medical examination, and later to Jose Dalman MPS for appropriate charges in court
Report on Alleged Physical Injury Incident
Be informed that, at around 8:30 PM of August 3, 2021, Noe Dumaboc Alasad (suspect), 21 years old, single, and resident of Barangay Upper Inuman, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte shouted a loud voice, acted violently while they quarreled against his live-in partner. Loreto Alao Alasad (victim), 74 years old, male, married, a resident of the same place confronted his grandson Noe Alasad, that prompting him to get angry and attacked Loreto Alasad by grappled him. When the victim fell, his head hit into the table that resulted to physical injury. While the victim is already lying into the ground the suspect punched him several times hitting his face that resulted to contusion in the right portion of his head, bleeding of his nose and bruises of his mouth. The victim was immediately brought to Sindangan District Hospital for immediate medication while the suspect surrendered himself to Barangay Councilor Edgardo Maningo Sanopao. Responding PNP personnel of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCpl. Aubrey Adaza, together with the SWAT team responded proceeded to the area of incident that resulted to turned-over to them the suspect by Barangay Councilor Edgardo Maningo Sanopao. The suspect was then brought to Sindangan District Hospital for physical and medical examination and later brought to Sindangan MPS for filing of appropriate charges against him.
