PCOO Secretary Martin Andanar delivers his message to the people of Sison this afternoon’s visit to the municipality for the “Explain, Explain, Explain: Pagdu-aw sa Surigao del Norte,” along with PIA Director-General Ramon Cualoping III, DSWD Spokesperson Dir. Irene Dumlao, DOH-13 Regional Director Dr. Jose Llacuna, Jr., Surigao del Norte provincial official represented by Assistant Provincial Administrator and Spokesman Sim Castrence, 2nd Legislative District represented by former Governor Robert Lyndon Barbers and local government officials of the municipality.
