The Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) held a Turnover of Command Ceremony on March 4, 2024, marking a significant moment for the city’s peacekeeping efforts.
The Philippine National Police Region 9 (PNP R9), through the leadership of PBGen Masauding, has appointed PCol Diaz as the acting Officer-in-Charge (OIC) City Director.
Mayor John Dalipe expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the entire Philippine National Police for their tireless efforts and unwavering dedication to ensuring the city’s safety and security.
The ceremony welcomed incoming Officer-in-Charge, Police Colonel Rainier Diaz, entrusting him with the responsibility to uphold high standards and lead with integrity and compassion. It emphasized the importance of continued collaboration between the ZCPO, the Dalipe Administration, and the Advisory Council, all united in their dedication to building a safer, stronger, and more resilient Zamboanga City.
