The arrested suspect Juvy Balasabas, 38-year-old, married and resident of Barangay Sapa Luboc in the mentioned Town.
According to PCPT Jeremiah Pepito, Acting Chief of Police of Aurora PNP, they arrested the suspect this Monday for the warrant of arrest for the rape case that was issued by Hon. Analyn Ramas-Costanilla, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur with no bail recommended.
The victim of the repayment is a member of the suspect in their church.
The victim is also a childhood friend.
The restraint occurred in 2013 but only 2020 filed the case until the warrant order was released.

It’s the advice of his lawyer not to talk yet.
He is now temporarily confined in the Aurora MPS custodial facility while waiting for a commitment order from court.
