Syntegral Global Solutions, a global development corporation focused on sustainable agribusiness, marked a significant milestone on Thursday, November 14, with the groundbreaking ceremony for its first integrated coconut processing facility in San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.
This state-of-the-art facility is poised to transform the province’s economy, creating 5,000 new jobs and generating significant economic benefits for the local community. The ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of guests, including Governor Victor J. Yu, Cong. Divina Grace C. Yu, San Miguel Mayor Ex Ocapan, and Syntegral Global Solutions CEO, Bryan Thomas.
The event celebrated the culmination of months of collaborative planning and a strong partnership between Syntegral and the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Sur (ZDS-PLGU). This partnership was formalized on March 21 during a planning session led by Syntegral CEO Bryan Thomas, with Gov. Victor J. Yu, Cong. Divina Grace Yu and other key agencies. This session solidified the public-private partnership, focusing on agricultural initiatives, particularly the establishment of the coconut processing plant.
