Real property owners flock City Hall for the first quarter payment of real property tax which is due on March 31, 2025.
Real property owners have to queue at the City Assessor’s Office reception area to secure their newly assessed tax declaration before they can proceed to the City Treasurer’s Office for the payment.
The basic real property tax may be paid in 4 equal installments without interest at the option of the taxpayers – 1st installment is on or before March 31, 2025; second installment is on or before June 30, 2025; third installment is on or before September 30, 2025 and 4th installment is on or before December 31, 2025.
