SECTION 3 PERMITTED Establishments (COMPLIANT WITH SAFETY SEAL CERTIFICATION)
Food prep provided establishment COMPLIANT WITH SAFETY SEAL CERTIFICATION
– Indoot dine-in at 50%
– Outdoor at 100%
Personal care such as beauty salons, derma clinics, nail spas, etc, provided establishment COMPLIANT WITH SAFETY SEAL CERTIFICATION at 50%
Religious gathering including wedding, baptism at 50%
Tourism establishments
– Outdoor tourist at 50%
Sports
– Indoor at 50%
SECTION 4 PROHIBITED Establishments
Videoke bars, bars, clubs, concert hall, theater, cinemas
– LIQUOR BAN IS LIFTED. Again, bars, clubs and alike are STILL CLOSED!
Recreational venues such as internet cafes, billiard halls, bowling alleys
Amusement parks or theme parks, playground, kiddie rides
Casino, horseracing, cockfighting and operation of cockpits, lottery and betting shops, other gaming establishments
SECTION 6. Travel Protocols giving premium to FULLY vaccinated individuals (I. Cargo ; II. APORs ; III Non APORs ; IV. ROFs ; V. Emergency Cases (medical emergency, burial of IMMEDIATE member of family, essential appointed in govt institutions, transfer of cadaver) ; VI. Passing Throughs
- AUTHORIZED PERSONS OUTSIDE RESIDENCE (APOR)
Movement of APORs shall be limited to work-related and/or official business only and indispensable travels only. For this purpose, rest shall be considered as indispensable travel.
Vaccinated APOR
- Vaccination card showing holder is fully vaccinated upon entering the border; and
- Gov’t issued ID
Unvaccinated APOR
- Travel Order; and
- Govt issued ID.
III. NON- AUTHORIZED PERSONS OUTSIDE RESIDENCE (NON-APORs)
Non-APORs are those that are not allowed to go out which includes but not limited to pregnant women, those that are below fifteen years old and those above sixty-five years old, and persons with co-morbidities and health risks.
For purposes of travel monitoring, the S-PASS Travel Management System of the DOST shall be institutionalized by all component Local Government Units.
This includes returning residents formerly called locally stranded individuals (LSIs).
- SPass (requiring: a. LGU Acceptance; b. card, or if unvaccinated, Negative Antigen TAKEN within 72 hours from travel); AND
- Govt issued ID
