Zamboanga del Sur – As per National IATF Resolution Number 141-A, issued last September 30, 2021, Zamboanga del Sur is placed under GCQ with heightened restrictions until the end of October.
Governor Victor Yu signed Executive Order Number 2021-32 effective today, October 16 to October 30, 2021.

- Outdoor tourist attractions, beaches, resorts, and similar establishments shall be allowed:
- Compliance with DOT accreditation OR Safety Seal Certification ; and
- 30% of venue capacity
Discos, concerts, and similar activties still prohibited.
Section 6. Travel Protocols
- APORs
– no more negative results
– Just present:
- Travel Order
- Office/Company ID
- NON APORs
Returning Residents shall present their SPASS permits. Spass permitted will be approved upon uploading of the required documents on spass.ph, such as:
- ID;
- LGU Acceptance; and
- If coming from ECQ/MECQ, negative RT PCR result.
Resident Non APORs with ESSENTIAL travels (such as burial of immediate family member, essential appointment in a govt service, transfer of cadaver) outside of ZDS:
- ID;
- LGU Certification stating the essential travel of the non APOR who must return within 24 hrs UPON ISSUANCE of such certification; and
- Negative RT PCR if the traveler failed to return within 24 hrs.
