Pagadian City – Rodel Lazo Regidor a.k.a “Berong” while his motorcycle was parked around 8:00 PM of June 02, 2021, he discovered that his motorcycle was already missing. Thus, he together with his brothers and some neighbors immediately look for the said motorcycle, luckily, they found and catch up the (Suspect)- ALWIDAR ALKORISMA GUMBAHALI in front of Aisah Hospital who was caught in the act pushing the motorcycle heading towards San Pedro, Pagadian City.
When confronted, the suspect ALWIDAR ALKORISMA GUMBAHALI denied the allegation that he stole the motorcycle and insisted that he borrowed the said motorcycle from his cousin. Thereat, they immediately held and reported the said incident at this station.
The responding PNP personnel (Intel operatives) successfully arrested the suspect, informed him of his Basic Constitutional Rights under “Miranda Doctrine” warning, handcuffed and brought to this station together with the recovered stolen motorcycle describe as one (1) unit Honda XRM-110 with plate number OE8736, engine # XRM13E-017269 and chassis # XRM13017254 registered and owned by the victim which was recovered in the suspects possession and control.
The suspect is now temporarily detained at this station’s custodial facility while documents are being prepared for inquest proceeding.
