Pagadian City – Effective OCTOBER 16, 2021 UNTIL OCTOBER 30, 2021, the EXTENSION of the GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE with HEIGHTENED RESTRICTIONS status as recommended by IATF and supplemental GUIDELINES befitting the circumstances of the City.
Some important guidelines;
📌 FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS shall be allowed entry into the City if they can show legitimate vaccination card or certification of vaccination without requiring them for RT-PCR/Antigen tests provided however, they don’t show any symptoms of the virus;
📌 ALL NON-APORs or returning residents are required to be swabbed for RT-PCR test or Antigen upon entry into the City;
📌 Arriving travellers with negative RT-PCR test results upon arrival will not be required to undergo quarantine and only test results done five (5) days or less prior shall be accepted.
📌 CURFEW: 12 midnight to 4AM
📌 For establishments, persons, or activities NOT ALLOWED in GCQ with HR, please read page 3 of the EO.
This order shall take effect on October 16 to October 31, 2021.
