A 15-year-old cyclist died when his shoelace got entangled with his bike’s tire, causing him to fall to the ground, hit his head on the concrete and lose consciousness.
The victim was traversing Hilltop in Barangay Langub, Davao City at around 7 AM last Friday when the incident happened.
He was brought to the Southern Philippines Medical Hospital but authorities declared him dead on arrival. (Bogs Cabungcag – RPN Pagadian)
