Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Arrest of one individual for Violation of Republic Act No. 11346 and Section 6 of R.A 10643 inside Agora Market Public Market, Barangay Santa Lucia, Pagadian City at around 1:10 P.M. of June 6, 2024.
Pagadian CPS personnel together with the personnel of PIU-ZSPPO and RID9, conducted joint police operation which resulted to the confiscation of the following cigarette:
a. NEW FAR- 42 REAMS
b. ASTRO RED – 30 REAMS
c. ASTRO WHITE – 13 REAMS
d. BERLIN RED – 5 PA REAMS
e. ALPHA RED – 9 REAMS
f. CANON – 12 REAMS
g. NEW BRAND GREEN – 2 REAMS
h. NEW BRAND RED – 2 REAMS
The confiscated evidence together with the arrested suspect, one male, 42 years old, resident of Pagadian City, was brought to Pagadian City Police Station for the filing of appropriate case.
