Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Arrest of Wanted Person for OTHER LIGHT THREATS (Under Art. 285, Par. 2 of the RPC, as amended) at around 2:17 PM of June 4, 2024 at Agora Public Market, Brgy. Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
Manhunt operation conducted at the above-mentioned address by the personnel of Warrant Section of Pagadian City Police Station which resulted to the successful arrest of one male, 42 years old and presently residing at Brgy. Bomba, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for OTHER LIGHT THREATS (Under Art. 285, Par. 2 of the RPC, as amended) with Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) recommended bail issued by HON. CLYDE GANUB RONDRIQUE, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 2, Pagadian City issued on May 17, 2024.
The accused was brought to Pagadian City Police Station for mugshots, booking procedures, referred to City Health Office, Brgy. Gatas, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur for medical/physical examination and turned over to the duty custodial officer for proper disposition.
