Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Arrest of Wanted Person for the crime of ADULTERY at around 10:00 AM of June 7, 2024 at Brgy. Gatas, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
Manhunt operation conducted at the above-mentioned address by the personnel of Warrant Section of Pagadian City Police Station which resulted to the successful arrest of the wanted person, one male, 39 years old and presently residing at Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of ADULTERY with Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php 12,000.00) recommended bail issued by HON. CLYDE GANUB RONDRIQUE, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 2, Pagadian City issued on May 20, 2024.
The accused was brought to Pagadian City Police Station for mugshots, booking procedures and referred to City Health Office, City Hall Complex, Brgy. Gatas, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur for medical/physical examination and turned-over to the duty custodial officer for proper disposition.
