Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Arrest of one individual in the implementation of Search Warrant for violation of R.A. 10591 at around 9:50 PM of August 21, 2024 at Purok 3, Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
PNP personnel of Pagadian CPS implemented the Search Warrant issued by Executive Judge of RTC Branch 20, Pagadian City against one male, 34 years old and a resident of Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur for violation of R.A. 10591. The said operation resulted to the arrest of the subject and confiscation of the following items:
a. One unit .45 caliber pistol;
b. One piece stainless magazine of caliber .45 pistol;
c. Six pieces live ammunition of .45 caliber pistol;
d. One piece pistol Holster, black; and
e. One piece sling bag color Black.
The arrested person was brought to Pagadian CPS while an inquest case for Violation of R.A. No. 10591 is being prepared.
