Just like the NCs in the province which adopted the Integrated Community Negosyo Center (InCoNeC) framework, the Negosyo Center in New Bataan is also expected to adopt the concept in its operation. The InCoNeC concept proved to be a best practice in Negosyo Center operation as it integrated DTI services to small businesses with that of the LGU. This has become timely in the implementation of the RA 11032 or Ease of Doing Business Act, which primarily focus on streamlining the process of business registration process.
