Dili pa lamang dugay gihimo ni DENR Assistant Secretary Ruth Tawantawan ang Enforcement sa CDO aron pahunongon ang operation sa mga Gold Ore Mineral Processing Plants diha sa Diwalwal River ug naghimong hugaw sa suba sulod na sa daghang mga katuigan tungod sa pagkahimo niining Catch Basin sa halos tanang Mining Waste nga miagas gikan sa Diwalwal Mineral Reservation Area (DMRA).
Nahitabo ang CDO Enforcement human ang makuting negosasyon tali sa mga Carbon in Pulp (CIP) Plant ug Ball Mill Processing Plant Operators ug sa Provincial Task Force Naboc River sa nagkadaiyang mga problema ug panginahanglan diin apil niini ang mga Social Issues nga gikinahanglan masulbad sama sa panginabuhian sa liboang mga trabahante.
Ang PMDC nga maoy Implementing Arm sa DENR ug gitahasang modumala sa 8,100 ektaryang “Diwalwal Mineral Reservation Area (DMRA)” pinaagi sa ilang President/CEO nga si Atty. Alberto B. Sipaco Jr.nagsulti sa mokabat 233 na ka mga Ball Mill/CIP Plant Owners nga namandoan sa pagpabalhin sa ilang planta diha sa gimugnang Mineral processing Zone sa Sitio Mabatas, Upper Ulip nga gibutangan karon sa higanteng Tailings Dam nga maoy agasan sa tubig gikan sa planta aron mapaneguro ang hinlong tubig nga moagas diha sa Naboc River.
Parte sa proseso ang negosasayon nga gihimo sa Provincial Task Force Naboc River nga maoy nagpataliwala sa sabot-sabot aron maplastar ang usa ka maayong mekanismo sa pag relocate kanila sa ingon makab-ot ang kasulbaran sa dugay nang problema sa environmental pollution sa Monkayo.
