The Muslim community in Zamboanga City gathers at the Joaquin Enriquez Memorial Sports Complex in Baliwasan early morning Saturday, April 22 for the congregational prayer officiated by Sheik Abdulwakil Tanjilil celebrating Eid’l Fitr, the culmination of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The City Government of Zamboanga led by Mayor John Dalipe is one with the Muslim community in celebrating Eid’l Fitr.
Mayor Dalipe has issued Executive Order JD 2023-035 directing temporary closure of certain streets and the use of the JEMSC for the congregational prayer today, April 22.
