- Barriers will not be required for motorcycle riders and back riders who are married and living-in couples, and family members who are living in the same residence. Provided, however, that they must present proof of marriage or proof that they are indeed living under the same house, if required by the law enforcement personnel;
- Barrier shall be required on a motorcycle with rider and back rider who are not qualified under paragraph (a) hereof;
- The driver of the motorcycle may or may not be an AUTHORIZED PERSON OUTSIDE RESIDENCE (APOR). However, back rider must be an AUTHORIZED PERSON OUTSIDE RESIDENCE and that the motorcycle used must be privately owned and must not be for hire;
- Both driver and rider shall wear a helmet for safety purpose. They may utilize a helmet such as, but not limited to, helmets similar in shape and make as that used by bicycle riders. They may also wear a full-faced helmet. In both instances, the Police authorities shall check the identity of the riders concerned to determine whether or not they are qualified under paragraph (A) and (C) hereof pursuant to the newly approved NTF transition protocol on motorcycle riders;
- Both MUST WEAR FACE MASK. Wearing of a bonnet mask or contraption of any make or shape so as to COMPLETELY HIDE and RENDER THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE RIDER/s DIFFICULT, if not, IMPOSSIBLE, SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED.
